“May Abnet (1995) is developing a poetic research about the urban ecosystem, using word, image and performance as thinking tools. Before studying art and design (KASK), she studied medieval art history and is currently tickling the surface of urban studies (VUB/ULB) to see how the capitalist city can be upset. Most importantly, she likes to think, perform or organise with others in different theatre or social-artistic projects like Door to Door or ATLAS collective.”
Kopano Maroga (they/them)
“Kopano Maroga is a South African performance artist, writer and cultural worker. They are currently living in Brussels, Belgium and working as a curator and guest-dramaturge at Kunstencentrum Vooruit in Ghent, Belgium. Their debut anthology of poetry, Jesus Thesis and Other Critical Fabulations, was released through uHlanga press in December of 2020. They very much believe in the power of love as a weapon of mass construction.”
Arno Boey (hij/hem)
“Arno Boey (1996) is maker. Zijn werk wrikt zich los van vorm of genre, maar begint steeds op dezelfde plek: bij de taal.
Hij is medeoprichter van schrijverscollectief en literair tijdschrift ZINK. In 2019 nam hij deel aan de internationale schrijfresidentie van deBuren in Parijs.
Hij publiceerde onder andere in Kluger Hans, DW B en Sampler 2020 van uitgeverij Das Mag. Hij werkte als verhalencartograaf in de Brusselse wijken Bockstael (1020stories.be) en Het Rad.”
